How does your kit club work?
New ScrapHype kits are offered each month! Kit previews are usually posted during the last week of the previous month. Then, around the first of each month, the new kit goes on sale with a complete description of the new kit along with photos and ideas. At this point, you should buy your kit as the number of kits available are determined before they go on sale and they can sell out quickly. Kits generally ship around the 10th of each month. After receiving your kit, keep checking the ScrapHype boards and gallery to see the awesome ideas created by the design team and other members. Post your samples as well!
When reserving your monthly kit, make sure to view past monthly kits and the project kits. You can add as many of these as you want to your order and I’ll cover the additional shipping and handling!
Save money by committing to 6 monthly kits! You can still review the kit each month before it is mailed and decide if you want to add past monthly kits and the project kits at no additional shipping and handling.

How much do your kits cost?
Each kit is $21.50 plus a flat shipping rate of $6.50 for a total of $28. Save money by committing to 6 monthly kits. When making a 6 month commitment, you purchase five consecutive monthly kits at the normal cost and your sixth kit is FREE. Sales tax is added to all orders.
What are the benefits of committing to 6 monthly kits?

How do I join the Kit Club and commit to 6 monthly kits?
E-mail me at join@scraphype.net when you purchase your first of the six kits and tell me that you want to become a ScrapHype club member and commit to six kits. Then, after you have purchased five consecutive kits, I will send you a special code to receive your sixth kit for free! You will still need to pay shipping and handling on all kits.
How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $6.50. You are charged this rate regardless of how many additional kits and/or project kits you add to your order!
How do I change my contact information or billing address?

Do you give referral incentives?
Yes, of course! Just have your referral e-mail me at info@scraphype.net after she purchases her first kit and I will include a free gift with your next kit purchase! The free gift(s) will have a retail value of at least $5, so it will be worth your effort.
What do I do if I am unhappy with my kit?
ScrapHype kits are designed to challenge your creativity. You may find that some of the kits don’t match your current style, but that is part of the fun of a kit club! Challenge yourself to stretch your creativity and use products and colors that you might not ordinarily use. That said, your satisfaction is important to me. If you are truly unhappy with your kit, let me know and we will work out a solution.
What if my kit has a missing or defective item?
E-mail me right away and I will send a replacement immediately. If that particular kit is already sold out and I no longer have the specific item available, I will send you a replacement(s) of greater value.
How do you choose your design team members?
I occasionally issue special invitations to individuals who I feel would make a great contribution to the ScrapHype Design Team. This offer is usually extended to people who have purchased kits and been active on the boards and have posted frequently to the gallery. In addition, an annual call out for new designers will be posted on the forum. If you are interested in becoming a designer check the forum for updated information.
Do I receive rewards for adding my designs to your gallery?
ScrapHype has a great community of supportive scrapbookers who would love to see your design ideas using our kits. Post your design layouts and projects and you will likely receive lots of comments and encouraging words. I constantly review the gallery and love to see the creations of our many talented members. I occasionally award thank you gifts to frequent posters. Don’t be surprised if you find one in your next kit! Also, post your work to the gallery because this is where I go to look for future ScrapHype Design Team members.
How do your challenges work?
Members of the ScrapHype Design Team will design and post challenges based on that month’s kit. Participate in the challenges according to the individual instructions and be eligible to win prizes and bragging rights!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, please e-mail me ahead of time if you will be placing an international order so that I can calculate the exact shipping for you before you pay. (Hey Denise, I not sure if you want to do this – not that there would be that many inquiries for this! You could just say, I’m sorry, not at this time… or something like that.)
